Ingrédients :
500g de farine
250g de beurre mou
250g de sucre
1 sachet de sucre vanillé
2 oeufs + 1 jaune

mélanger beurre, sucre, sucre vanillé et oeufs jusqu’à obtenir un mélange blanchâtre.
Ajouter la farine et laisser reposer au frais au moins 3 heures. (moi je fais la veille en général).
Étaler la pâte au rouleau,
